Terms & Conditions


RESERVATIONS
1. All rooms are offered subject to availability.
2. No allowance can be made for meals not taken, activities not utilised or for rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.
3. A deposit of £50.00 per person is required to secure a booking. The subsequent balance must be paid for, not later than four weeks prior to arrival, or upon confirmation of booking, if the booking is within four weeks of commencement.

COSTS
1. All rates are per person based on two people sharing a twin or double room and include dinner and breakfast.
2. No single room supplement is charged where a single room is available. If a twin or a double room is let as a single room, a supplement may be charged.
3. Non-golfer rates are available on request.
4. VAT is inclusive at 17.5%.

CANCELLATION
Clients are reminded that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you cancel or shorten your holiday, you are still liable to pay. We therefore recommend all clients to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance when placing a booking, details of which are available on request. Should you have to cancel your break for any reason, please inform Countrywide Golf Holidays (on behalf of Golf in Wales) immediately in writing. Cancellation charges calculated from the day notification is received are as follows:

Period before commencement of the break: Cancellation charge as % of total price:
More than 28 days.........................................Deposit only
28 - 15 days..................................................50%
15 - 8 days....................................................75%
7 days or less...............................................100%

Please note that when cancellation falls within the terms of an Insurance Policy, the above charges will normally be refunded to you by the Insurance Company on receipt of a valid claim.

CLIENT PAYMENTS
In order to comply with the "Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992", all client money is held in trust by Countrywide Golf Holidays on behalf of Golf in Wales until the clients' holiday has been completed.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party are adequately insured as soon as you book your holiday. Indeed it is a condition of booking that if you are travelling abroad you must have insurance cover. Details of insurance polices are available on request.
