Situated immediately in front of the World Heritage site of Harlech Castle, and offering views towards Snowdon, a warm welcome awaits you at the family-owned Castle Hotel. The hotel has 7 bedrooms all with an en-suite bath or shower room, tea and coffee-making facilities and remote control colour television.

There is a fully licensed bar - well-attended by local residents - offering a selection of wines, beers and spirits. Breakfast is on offer as are light refreshments and lunch and evening bar meals. Royal St Davids Golf Club, with its excellent links course is directly below the Castle.

Location

Harlech Castle is a World Heritage site - the Castle Hotel stands directly in front the main entrance. Harlech beach is 4 miles long and one of the safest in Great Britain. The hotel is close to the italianate village of Portmeirion, and the harbour town of Porthmadog - famous for being the home of the Ffestiniog Steam Railway. Snowdonia and the Trawsfyndd lakes are within eash reach as are slate, copper and gold mines. Further afield are Criccieth and the country town of Carnarfon. The Castle Hotel is in the middle of Harlech village with parking in the Castle Square.
